Grade 7 science is studying the science and technology involved in building medical devices that will be used in hip transplants, knee transplants, etc. The challenges involved in making such devices are discussed and our students design and build their own prototypes that are then tested, redesigned, and evaluated.
Along with our future orthopedists, we have future cardiologists as well. Seen here using the materials provided to design and build a better heart valve.
